Born and raised in the Vancouver area. I grew up in East Vancouver and Musqueam. Witnessing first hand my granny’s knitting and grandpa’s carvings, I use the memories of watching them create, to inspire me to carry on our family traditions.
The patterns I use, are my Granny’s which were also handed down to her through generations. I honour my family and our history by carrying on the work they used to do. I like to use the traditional Cowichan sweater wool, but predominately use other luxury wools.
